Refund policy

Medallion Dusk offers 3 days Return/Exchange policy, which means a customer will have 3 days after receiving the product to request a return/exchange.

Return is only possible if the delivered item is damaged/broken or a wrong item has been shipped due to human error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to give the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchange is possible only if the product is damaged or a wrong item is shipped(Human Error). Exchange can only be done if notified immediately , once notified from the customer and is approved by the company, exchange can take 7-10 working days. New product will be delivered and old product will be collected from the customer on spot.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds for the broken/damaged products will be done via bank transfers, the customer has to provide with authentic bank details.  Micro finance banks like easypaisa, jazz cash account are also acceptable. The customer will be required to send us back the damaged product and the company will bear the delivery charges being incurred. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as bangles which are made fresh as per customer's size). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items or promotional deals cannot be returned.
